PDPC will be participating at the upcoming Cyber Wellness Student Ambassador Recognition (STAR) Showcase, which is held in conjunction with the Cyber Wellness Student Ambassador Programme (CWSAP) 2016 Conference. A joint project between the Ministry of Education (MOE) and Media Development Authority (MDA), CWSAP is a “by students, for students” initiative that aims to promote safe and responsible use of ICT among students through peer advocacy.

Centered around the theme “Play your Part for a Better Internet”, the CWSAP 2016 Conference will engage student participants in discussions on cyber wellness issues and inspire them through a showcase of exhibitions. PDPC will have a booth at the showcase, targeted at primary school students, to raise awareness on the importance of protecting their personal data online, through interactive quizzes and activities.
