The PDPC has issued new advisory guidelines for management corporations of strata plans (MCSTs), developed in consultation with the Building and Construction Authority. The advisory guidelines provide guidance to MCSTs on ensuring compliance with the Data Protection Provisions of the PDPA when collecting, using or disclosing personal data in the course of performing their duties and functions.
