Before you request for a correction review, please check:
Does the request pertain to your own personal data?
You can request for a correction of your own personal data only.
Have you given the organisation at least 30 calendar days to respond to your request?
Organisations are required to respond within 30 calendar days after receiving request for correction to personal data and we will only review your complaint if the organisation fails to respond after this period has lapsed.
Was your request to correct personal data rejected by the organisation?
Organisations may reject requests to correct or alter individuals’ personal data based on exceptions under the PDPA.
If there are no valid reasons for the organisation to reject your request, please proceed to request for a correction review.
