The Public Consultation on the positions proposed for the Regulations and Advisory Guidelines to be made under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) has closed on 1 April 2013.

The Consultation Papers sought views from the public on the positions proposed for the Regulations and Advisory Guidelines to be made under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

There were three sets of documents issued for public consultation:

Proposed Regulations under the PDPA
Proposed Advisory Guidelines for Key Concepts in the PDPA
Proposed Advisory Guidelines on Selected Topics

Interested parties were invited to submit their views on the Consultation Papers from 7 February to 1 April 2013.
