The Personal Data Protection Commission will be charging a property salesperson registered with Huttons Asia Pte Ltd  for offences relating to the Do Not Call Registry under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012. 

The Commission will charge the property salesperson in the State Courts on 24 September 2014.
