What Should You Do in a Data Breach? A Management Workshop

Description: 
Data breaches are common and it may just be a question of when it will happen to your organisation. As such, it is an important management issue and which will require organisations to put into practice their planning and strategy for handling data breaches.

AsiaDPO and the PDPC brings you a hands-on session on what to do in the event of an event breach.  Participants will take part in an interactive exercise involving an evolving data breach scenario, and will receive guidance from privacy and data protection practitioners on how best to deal with and respond to these scenarios.

Beyong Interpersonal Skills: The Importance of Mediation

Description: Mediation is gaining acceptance as the preferred mode of dispute resolution among various sectors of business, consumers and courts around the world. This two-hour workshop, conducted in partnerhsip with the Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC), will provide participants with a overview of the mediation framework, and the essential skills and techniques for professionals looking to achieve success in mediation, with a 'live' demonstration of mediation in action.
