Advisory Guidelines for the Healthcare Sector
These Advisory Guidelines clarify how the Data Protection Provisions in the PDPA apply to healthcare institutions’ collection, use and disclosure of personal data, as well as suggest good data protection practices in certain scenarios.

Revisions to Advisory Guidelines (updated 20 September 2023)
The Advisory Guidelines have been updated to take into account the amendments to the PDPA and the Personal Data Protection Regulations which came into force on 1 February 2021.
