Report Data Protection Complaint / Review / Use of NRIC Number for Authentication*
*The public is advised to clarify with the Data Protection Officer (DPO) of the organisation first. The DPO's contact information can be found in the organisation's privacy policy, or through PDPC's DPO enquiry form. If you did not hear from the DPO within 10 business days, you may report the incident to PDPC via the button above.
